Order Change & Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed and cancelled within 24 hours. A 10% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation  after 48 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Hermazing Beauty we aim to provide a fair exchange and returns policy hence we will be more than happy to accept exchanges and returns as follows:

Cosmetics: 14day returns and exchange upon your receipt of the product.  All shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

Hair: If the Wig, Frontal Closure or Bundles are not suitable or a mistake is made during the order please contact us at info@hermazingbeauty.co.uk 7days from receipt of your purchase.

Please note that we will only accept Wigs, Frontal Closure and Bundles that have not been cut, tampered with or altered.  Due to hygiene we do not accept used items.

​

We only provide a complementary exchange service once. 

​

There will be a £20 restocking and handling fee for exchange incorrect cap size ordered

Products on sales are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Returns & Exchange Process
1. Please contact us on info@hermazingbeauty.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your purchase with your reason for requesting return or exchange.
2. We will aim to get back to you within 1-2 business working days.  Once authorised we will provide you with the returns and exchange address.
3.  Please ship purchase to the address provided including your order number.  Note you are responsible for the shipping cost of the goods.  Please email the tracking number to info@hermazingbeauty.co.uk once shipped.
4. Refund will be process 3-5 days upon receipt and review of the product.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Returns or Exchange Authorisation.

Duties and Taxes
Hermazing beauty is not responsible for any duties and taxes outside the UK therefore all customs inspection and assessment must be honoured by the buyer in accordance with their shipping’s requirement.
